【收費公告】115年5月4日起，調整腸胃鏡相關處置之收費標準

為持續精進檢查品質與醫療安全，本中心將於 115年5月4日起，調整腸胃鏡相關處置之收費標準。

當檢查過程中發現需進一步評估或處理之病灶（如瘜肉、異常組織等），醫師會視情況進行組織取樣、切除或止血處置，以確保檢查完整性並提升診斷精準度。

相關收費調整如下：
(1)組織切片：2,000元／顆
(2)瘜肉切除：6,500元／顆
(3)拋棄式組織夾：1,000元／支
(4)拋棄式止血夾：1,200元／支

※ 上述處置僅於檢查中有醫療需要時，由醫師專業評估後進行，並非每位受檢者皆會使用。

To continuously enhance clinical quality and medical safety, our center will implement an updated fee schedule for gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures, effective May 4, 2026.

During an examination, if any lesions (such as polyps or abnormal tissues) require further evaluation or intervention, the physician may perform tissue sampling, resection, or hemostasis to ensure diagnostic accuracy and procedural integrity.

Updated Fee Schedule:
•Biopsy (Tissue Sampling): NT$2,000 / sample
•Polypectomy (Polyp Removal): NT$6,500 / polyp
•Disposable Tissue Clip: NT$1,000 / unit
•Disposable Hemostatic Clip: NT$1,200 / unit

※ These procedures are performed only when medically necessary, as determined by the physician's professional judgment. They do not apply to every patient.
